SOLARIS WL-15 Gold Tungsten Electrodes contain lanthanum oxide La2O3 (mass content from 1.3 to 1.7%). A universal electrode that withstands high current loads, improves arc stability and ease of starting while reducing burn-off. Characterized by fast arc ignition, no burn-through. Suitable for use at high currents. This electrode contaminates the weld with less tungsten, which is especially important for finishing work. It also retains the point on the working end for a long time. Used for welding carbon and alloy steels, aluminum, titanium, nickel, copper, and magnesium alloys on both AC and DC current (AC/DC).
