This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the ECO Global Inc. website (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns page, complete all required fields, and click Submit. Our team will review your request and contact you within 24–48 business hours.

Alternatively, you may contact us at sales@ecogrcn.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • ECO Global Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Provide photos or videos showing the issue
