Important Note: The unit is supplied without a power plug. For operation at maximum currents, the unit must be equipped with a 32A 230V single-phase power plug (not included).
The SOLARIS TIG-200P Welding Inverter comes with a 3-meter TIG torch. The TIG torch is equipped with a control switch. TIG - welding with a non-consumable tungsten electrode in a shielding gas environment (primarily argon) with direct current (DC) is used for welding any carbon, low-alloy or high-alloy steel, including stainless steel, and heavy non-ferrous metals such as copper, nickel, titanium (except aluminum) and their alloys. TIG welding allows for neat, precise, and fine welds, which are difficult to achieve with other welding modes.
Pulse Mode: Allows adjustment of arc concentration, arc width, and penetration depth.
Down Slope (Crater Fill): Adjustable time for a smooth current decrease after welding completion. Smooth adjustment helps prevent crater formation at the end of the weld bead.
Arc ignition is performed via high-frequency discharge (TIG HF), which facilitates arc starting and significantly reduces electrode tip wear and deformation.
MMA - classic manual metal arc welding with a covered electrode using an electrode holder. Simply switch the unit to MMA mode, connect the appropriate equipment, and use the device as a classic MMA welding inverter.
The TIG-200P welding machine is optimized for operation with low mains voltage from 150 V.
Key Features:
-
Dedicated DC TIG & MMA Performance: Optimized for high-quality DC TIG welding of steel, stainless, copper, etc. (not for aluminum) and versatile MMA (stick) welding.
-
Professional TIG Features: Includes HF (High-Frequency) non-contact arc start for easy ignition, Pulse mode for better control, and Down Slope for crater filling.
-
Complete TIG/MMA Ready Kit: Comes with a 3m TIG torch (with switch), 2m electrode holder, 2m ground clamp, and a welding helmet.
-
Low Voltage Operation: Stable performance even with input voltage as low as 150V, ideal for areas with weak electrical supply.
