The Alttena S2500 (206132) is a powerful and versatile multi-process inverter welding machine with forced-air cooling, designed for operation from a single-phase 230V power supply. Its advanced design allows use as a gasless flux-cored welder (FLUX) for home and mobile applications, as well as a MIG/MAG welder with shielding gas for high-quality professional results. In addition, the unit supports MMA (stick welding) and DC TIG welding with Lift Arc ignition (LIFT TIG).

The welding current range in MIG/MAG/FLUX modes is 50–230A, and 20–200A in TIG and MMA modes, providing excellent flexibility for a wide variety of materials and applications. The machine supports solid wire and flux-cored wire diameters from 0.6 to 1.0 mm, TIG electrodes from 1.6 to 2.4 mm, and MMA electrodes from 1.6 to 5.0 mm.

With a duty cycle of up to 70% at 20°C and 35% at 40°C (EN 60974-1), the Alttena S2500 delivers reliable performance even during extended welding sessions. At maximum output, rated power consumption is 4.85 kW, with apparent power of 6.6 kVA.

To ensure durability and safe operation, the welder is equipped with overheat protection that automatically reduces welding current when internal components reach critical temperatures. The soft-start function limits inrush current and reduces stress on internal electronics during power-on. The wide input voltage tolerance of 160–240V ensures stable performance even under fluctuating power conditions.

Built with Class H insulation and IP21S enclosure protection, the unit offers dependable operation in demanding workshop and job-site environments. Compact and lightweight, weighing only 6.5 kg (14.3 lb) and measuring 360 × 180 × 300 mm (14.2 × 7.1 × 11.8 in), it is easy to transport and store.
